Almost $200 and the vet thinks she has saved his eye. He went in for a two day check today and it looks good. I'm buying him google and boady armour, LOL Hope your weekend is wonderful..Sugar |

- Okay, who wants in? I'm taking bets on the puppies' weights tomorrow. It's time for their next vaccination, and a weigh-in. Two dollar minimum.
- I had one of those nights where I couldn't sleep. I finally fell asleep about 2:30am, only to be wide awake thirty minutes later. My brain was like a pinball machine with two balls in play - it was tough keeping the paddles going so the balls wouldn't fall out of play. And I could hear the pinging every time a ball hit one of those rubber band things (if you've ever played pinball, you get my drift). I finally fell asleep again at 5, only to wake up to son seizing at 6:30, only to fall asleep again at 7, and youngest coming in at 9 when it was time to get up. Where am I?
- College boy made it home - he GREW! More on Friday. HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE!
- HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE! I do hope I don't get the puppy gruel and dog slump mixed up with the human dinner.....More after the weekend (oldest is home for four days, so I might not be here much - blog lightly!).
- HOLY MOLY! Thank the good goddess this is a new week. Last weekend was a zinger. Oldest son with be home Wednesday for four days - time to watch the blood pressure! I'll be back tomorrow - must go to sleep now.
- Since I'm not supposed to be here (it's Sunday and a no-internet day), I'm going. Right now it's NEGATIVE ELEVEN DEGREES outside. Gotta try to warm up - even my fingernails look purple. Good night!
- Must go night night now. Had to get up early to take Fiery and Ice to the vet. They are fine. I'm hoping the pups aren't too much for them, but at last check they were all okay. More tomorrow!
- I'm not really here, but mark November 8, 2009 as the first official day of snow. Only 32 days later than last year. Will post more puppy stuff tomorrow.
- For some reason the song "Never Gonna Fall In Love Again", the version sung by John Travolta, popped into my head and now it won't leave. Why is that?
- Hitting the hay before the clock strikes 2am. We all could use that extra hour of sleep. What are the odds that the animals will sleep in? HA!
